E-mail Filtering
Now
you can access your NATCO e-mail account on the Internet!
NATCO Technologies is proud to provide our Web-based
e-mail system as a free service to our valued customers.
To access your e-mail account on the Internet, go to
this URL: webmail.natcotech.com.

Your user name is the user
ID you use to get on the Internet or the part of your
e-mail address that comes before the @ sign.
2.
Type
your e-mail domain in the space provided after
the @ sign. Your e-mail domain is the part
of your e-mail address that comes after the @
sign. In
the following example, the user name is 'name'
and the e-mail domain is 'domain.com':
name@domain.com
3.
Now type your password in the blank provided
- be sure to type the password correctly. Choose the
language you prefer and click Login.
Your
Inbox will open.
- To
open a message, just click on it.
- Click
Write to send a message.
- Clicking
Preferences will allow you to set certain options.
For example, type your name in the blank provided
beside full name. Type your e-mail address
in the space provided. Click Submit. Now whenever
you click Write to begin a new message, it
will automatically include your name and e-mail address.
- To
delete a message, simply select it by clicking the
box next to the message and then click the trash can
to the far right of the message.
- You
can sort by sender, subject, or date received simply
by clicking the appropriate heading in the inbox.
- To
logout, simply click Logout.
We
do not recommend using this Web-based system for everyday
e-mail use because of some limitations of the system,
including:
- The
system does not keep a copy of the message that has
been sent. We recommend sending yourself a copy of
the message so it arrives as an incoming message and
can be saved. You can set this up in Preferences
by clicking in the box next to cc self. Every
message you send will automatically be sent to your
own address as well.
- The
back button in your browser will not work in all cases
with this Web-based e-mail system. It is better to
use the links provided to manuever within the system.
- There
is no means of filing e-mail or creating folders.
Everything remains in the inbox.
- All
changes made to your e-mail while using Web-based
e-mail are permanent changes. For example, if you
delete a message from your inbox using the Web-based
e-mail system, it will be permanently deleted. All
messages left undeleted in the Web-based e-mail system
will still be on the server and can be downloaded
to your regular e-mail program (e.g., Outlook Express
or Netscape Messenger) later on.
This
service is best used as a means to access your e-mail
when you are out of town or strictly on a temporary
basis. If you have any questions about this service,
feel free to contact our Internet Help Desk at: 1-800-775-6682.
