  • How Do I Send One Message To Several People?
Have you ever wanted to send an e-mail message to multiple people but could not figure out how to do it? It can be confusing if you don't know where to start.

First open a New Mail message. Now click on the word "To:" (there is a small book beside it). the Select Recipients window will appear.

To select EVERYONE in your address book, click the first name in the list and then scroll to the bottom of the list. Now, press the Shift key on your keyboard and hold it down while you click the last name in your address list. All the addresses should now be selected. To address your message to everyone, click the To:, CC:,  or BCC: buttons. Etiquette Tip: It is kinder to use BCC: (Blind Courtesy Copy) since this way no one will see the addresses when the message is sent.

To select multiple addresses but not all of them, press the Ctrl key and hold it down while you select your desired addresses one by one. To address your message to those you have select, click To:, CC:, or BCC:.
  • How Do I Change My E-mail Address?
If you have decided to change your e-mail address, the first thing you need to do is call NATCO to get the change performed on your Internet Service account. Once you have done that, you will need to change your address within your Outlook Express account.

Open Outlook Express. Now click on Tools in the Tool Bar and select Accounts... from the menu that appears. Select the Mail tab and then highlight your e-mail account by single clicking it. Now  click Properties. On the General tab, change the address listed there to your new address. Next select the Server tab. Change your user name to your new one and now click Apply and OK. Your e-mail address has now been changed!
