Winning E-Story Submitted by: Barbara Rhodes

Saturday morning I got up to check to see if there were any auctions in our area. I couldn't get on the internet, and we had to leave, so when we got home, I tried again. I did all the things that it tells you to do, but still couldn't get on. So I called. Josh was my tech guy. He was very nice and helped me, even though I am a novice when it comes to the computer. We tried several things and still couldn't get on. He tried everything he could think of to no avail. So he said I would need to call the company I got the computer from, and that I needed to get the nic card replaced or fixed. He was so nice through the whole ordeal. Sunday we went to church when we came home there were 2 messages on my phone from Carl, asking if there was any way he could help me get back online. Then he did call back a third time and I got to tell him what happened. That's what I call service. I did call the company I got my computer from and in the process of trying to figure out what the problem was, he had me give him the serial # on the back of the hard drive. When I went to put it back, the X on the computer went out and I could get on the computer.

I just want to say thank you to all the tech people I have talked to. I forgot when I first got my internet service your staff walked me through every step, by the way with a whole lot of patience I might add, like I said before I know very little about the process and all. I had to talk to a couple of people the first time. Talk about patience. Your staff does deserve a big pat on the back. I felt they went above and beyond my expectations trying to help a ding dong like me. Thanks again, Merry Christmas to all of you and May God Bless.

Voice Mail Free Trials Nearing End

Recently, NATCO started month-long free trial subscriptions to NATCO’s new All Digital Voice Mail service – Basic or Deluxe package. In some telephone exchanges, the free trials may be about to expire. The new system replaces the old, and subscribers must record a new greeting to receive your voice mails.

To make sure customers were informed of this changeover and improvement, NATCO mailed letters and a blue-and-white brochure with the heading “NATCO’s ALL DIGITAL VOICE MAIL” to customers. The new voice mail system provides great features. NATCO is glad to offer the Basic Package for just $3.50 per month for crystal clear voice messages, five-minute maximum message length, message retention of 30 and 60 days, and other beneficial features.

Of course, no tape recording equipment is needed when you have a NATCO Voice Mail system. Plus, it works when the electricity is off. You won’t miss any calls, and with the Deluxe Package ($7.00/mo.) you can even receive your voice mail messages through your e-mail.

Let us know which package suits your needs by calling a Customer Representative at 1-800-775-6682.
