  • Now Pay Automatically with Credit Card
NATCO now offers an automatic credit card payment option for your Internet service billing. Just like convenient automatic drafts from checking accounts, NATCO can bill your credit card automatically at the appropriate time each month for recurring charges. Customers who choose this option will receive a statement each month reporting the amount and the date the credit card charge was made by NATCO.

  • NATCO Tech Travel Internet is New Service
Save those additional room charges for hotel Internet access when you travel with your laptop computer. This new service from NATCO Technologies allows NATCO dialup customers to use a 1-800 number and their own PIN number (Personal Identification Number) for access to the Internet.

A charge of $.12 per minute will be billed to your NATCO Tech account when you use this service. Before your next out of town trip, sign up for Travel Internet by calling NATCO Customer Service for your unique PIN and help in making a separate configuration to quickly make a connection when out of town.

NATCO Tech Travel Internet is a 56K service. It does not take the place of a NATCO TelCard, which is used only for telephone calls, and is not a part of NATCO Long Distance.

  • Winning E-Story Submitted by: Gloria Skeeters
Due to long term health problems five years ago which necessitated leaving my nursing career, I faced apprehension over isolation. I questioned how I could fill the vacancy once occupied by my job. How could I maintain self-esteem and personal worth, as for me all seemed to be supplied by my field of work? Fortunately, I had little occasion for deliberating the subject, as I quickly turned to NATCO's Internet. Through the Internet and e-mail, I was reunited with my best friend from high school. We arranged a reunion, and I spent a week with her family in Maryland. We toured places we had frequented as teenagers; our high school, teen club, and where we had held our first job. Since we were "Army Brats," we went back to the Army post where we had lived. Soon nostalgia engulfed us, and we were lost in the memories of when we were young and carefree. I was delighted that after nearly forty years, we still had so much in common. One interest which we share is writing, and I was invited to be a contributing author for a quarterly publication for which my friend writes. Five years later, I am still contributing articles (my articles leave a lot to be desired, however, they do fill a time void.) I can't think of a better way for a person with a physical limitation or handicapped to maintain meaning and purpose, than by venturing into cyberspace. Unlimited information is available on line and, and so many things can be done on computers that there is no need for a void in one's life.

I have always found NATCO to be a pleasant company with which to deal, and their staff exceeded the limits of patience while I learned to navigate around my computer. Thank you NATCO.

  • Gloria Skeeters just earned two free months of NATCO Internet service! Submit your E-Story today and you could be our next winner! Remember that you can enter more than once. • In Touch on Vacation Via E-mail
A survey by American Express Corp. earlier this year found that a majority of small business owners surveyed were going to keep in touch with their business via e-mail once a day while on vacation this summer. That was the response of 57 percent who were surveyed, while 22 percent said they would e-mail back to the office several times a day. Another 22 percent said they didn’t plan to check back at all.
